These terms cover use of this website (accelx.in) only. They are not the commercial agreement covering a store's actual use of the AccelX product suite (POS, IMS, OMS, HRMS, Storefront, Dispatch Board) — that's set out in a separate services agreement signed directly with AccelX Technologies Private Limited before onboarding.
This site exists to describe the AccelX suite and let you get in touch with us. You're welcome to browse it, share it, and use the contact form to reach out — please don't attempt to scrape, disrupt, or misuse it.
We've tried to describe the product suite accurately, including being specific about which capabilities are proven in production today versus which verticals we're extending into. If anything on this site is unclear or you think it's wrong, tell us — contact@accelx.in — and we'll correct it.
The AccelX name, logo, and the content of this site belong to AccelX Technologies Private Limited. Product screenshots and descriptions are provided to help you evaluate the suite, not for reuse elsewhere without permission.
This site is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect any warranty, uptime, or support commitment made separately in a signed services agreement for the actual product.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts where AccelX Technologies Private Limited is registered.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change.
